Didn't realize it was gone until the phone rang at our kids house (we came for xmas from mi) and the owner had to finally look into my purse for a phone#. This has got to be the friendliest and honest bunch we've got to know. All our $ and checks were in there to go back home. Nothing was touched to our surprise! We highly recommend this bar to anyone passing through."

BUT based on my travels to biker bars & restaurants around the country, I would have to say this isn't much of a biker hangout. The only real riders in the place were motorcycle cops (that tells you something right there). I suppose it could have just been the cold weather but the patrons just looked like "local folk" & apparently were regulars. Also, you should know that this place is only open from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, so think ahead if you are hungry! And I don't think they serve any alcohol here. Pretty nice Harley shop attached to this restaurant." Rhonda Beck

"neat little place, food was good ,mixed drinks available,out door deck area  mostly paved parking, across the street is a beach , just up the street is chimney rock tourist trap,  there is  a biker clothing store close to the entrance to chimney rock , the bar is right next door to a motel with very low cleaning standards. we stayed there in july 2002 i dont recomend the adjacent motel, but the bar is a nice place plenty of bikes and bikers around. nice weekend getaway with scenic  views   and there is a very nice motel a hundred yards down the street" mark
