About 45 minutes outside of Sacramento, near Placerville, CA. This small, roadside bar and BBQ is the home of the "Gold Cadilac." The Cadilac is made with Galliano and a few other things, let's just say it is one smooth, powerful drink. Poor Reds serves so many cadilacs that they consume more Galliano than any other establishment in the world. Great food too, simple menue...just Ribs, Chicken or steak. Good place for burgers, beer and babes! Live music on weekends, general nonsense every day. Bike only parking, and a canopy out back (with benches) so you can admire your bike as well as all the others that come through. Tuesdays are steak night (Bear cooks 'em, and they just CAN'T be beat!)
