Portable hobbies are great for those of us without the natural inclination to wrap a paw around a beer. i have been beading for over 30 yrs now and can always find time to do some beading while away on the bikes. Not while you ride the thread would get so very tangled and you'd only go crazy tryin to keep it straight so don't try ok.
